I purchased this stock at the hand of amazon from electronics expo. I received the tv on time, spent 5 hours setting it raise withy my home theater following this making sure everything was perfect. The picture attribute is absolutely amazing. 4 days later while watching the basketball game, the tv made a loud popping spread following this turned off. I was unable to get a picture next that. I contacted electronics expo thinking they would just propel me a fresh one whereas the one i bought was defective. Boy, was i wrong. The person i rung to went on for several minutes just about their policy following this made me perceive like Samsung LN52A850 was my fault the tv died. He pronounced there was nonexistence they could do following this asked me to telephone samsung. I that time contacted samsung following this was told they would demand to propel a service tech out to look at the tv but it would be just about a week in front of he could expand out. I had no choice hence i waited, took the period off from energy when he was scheduled following this that time he didn’t calm expand out. He called me the period of following this asked what the puzzle was following this i told him. He pronounced there was no demand for him to expand whereas he knew what was wrong withy the tv. He pronounced he would get to replace the empanel but did no, non- get any accessible following this would get to order one. He pronounced they would telephone me to re-schedule the service. It has presently been 3 weeks following this i am Still without a tv. I get contacted samsung following this they explain me to telephone the district service middle but when i do i get an answering machine. I tried contacting electronics expo to see if they could telephone samsung on my behalf. I was made to perceive like a vexation but afetr talking to a overseer she took my information following this pronounced she would telephone samsung on my behalf following this would telephone me back to lease me know what they pronounced. I not ever heard back from her. Needless to say, this procuremen has been a nightmare. I had to propel in my rely on card payment for the procuremen expenditure of the tv already. It doesn’t perceive righteousness paying over 2 significant for a stock that doesn’t energy. I am no, non- giving this tv a bad rating, it is a wonderful tv, but i perceive its needful to warn other people in front of they procuremen at the hand of electronics expo.
