I watched the actual masters in Animations, pretty cool, your eyes get worn out pretty quick, active 3D makes your vision work more than passive 3d IMHO. I’m tied to crappy comcast in my fresh building, so zero 1080P coming through regarding other channels. I did the 3D mix and got monsters compared to aliens. Wife and I seen a bit of it to look into the 3D. Way better high quality than the Masters inside 3D, but to be honest when I remember viewing HDTV for the first time compared to Standard TV, which leap was way bigger than from High definition tv to 3DTV, maybe any time more content happens. I was hoping to get The movie avatar 3D, but people jerks are going to wait a year before releasing it. But atleast Comcast contains the 3D Channel, possibly they will do more events in the future.

Tv set is beautiful, nice and thin. One remark about the C9000 it won’t support the pin-point Samsung UN46C8000 dimming, so the C8000 is Samsungs greatest picture TV. In which touchscreen remote are available, but it won’t allow you to watch TV on the distant with the C8000 like the C9000 really does.

Setup was straightforward, haven’t really finished deep into the characteristics. Sound is OK, however I’m used to home theatre. Does extremely well with the glare and I never have mounted it for the wall and I’m using the standard stand, comes in handy to turn it somewhat to get the glare from the sunshine out of the picture.

Something else the 3D function has some blurry, I wonder if that will probably be fixed over time. I truly do think it is worse whenever your eyes get exhausted though. I don’t thoughts the glasses, however wouldn’t wear them in public

I have had this television set for about a month. Wonderful picture. Attractive tv set. I have kdl32ex720 not tried the 3D feature however as I am waiting for the brand new glasses to come out. I have read that previous year’s glasses won’t work as well with this tv. Sound isn’t that hot but again that is the standard anymore for flat screen televisions. Plan on getting some sort of sound system or soundbar. I appreciated adding a second USB vent on the back of the TV so I can make use of the wireless adapter (marketed seperately) as well as view points from a usb adhere.

I did have issues hooking it up to my stereo receiver. For some reason the particular AV out ports on the TV would not work.
